Technically 206.16.223.76 at this point is unconnected to anything. Most likely clues released just before server 5 (as usual) will lead to 206.16.223.76, where the 'boomerang' clue/password would be used.

My hope though is that *.76 isn't related to server 5 in that sense, because it's definitely been made active faaar too early (unless server 5 is opening within a couple of days). So I hope it's more of a post-server4 story arc that'll be used by something that'll happen by the weekend...

so we've got a missing link: unknown/boomerang -> ?? -> 206.16.32.76 -> ?? -> Server 5?

I mean, come on. Convenient much? It's somewhat disappointing, I keep expecting something else. But chances are that those numbers are just going to resolve into some sort of address for a public sneak-peek of Halo 3. Sucks for me, I'm on the other side of the goddamned world.

EDIT: Just a shot in the dark here, but maybe those numbers need to be added to the end of the address or something (when they resolve, of course) so as to bring up a page showing the address needed for that paticular town?

I still don't believe this is specifically for server 5 as in we're one step away from the BPC for 5. This is obviously meant to be found immediately after server 4's opening, so it's an interim plot point... whatever happens between boomerang and server 5 was intended to be right now... nothing here is premature any more, and I highly doubt server 5 is a day or two away... so hopefully we'll see some stuff happen in the upcoming days, or having that randomize 3 city thing is kinda pointless...
