It's just a canned news report about two separate shootings in North Portland, WA. The second of the two was not yet fatal and took place on North Vancouver Ave. The victim was a Black man in his 30's. This shooting took place at 8:50 pm.

Albina and Killingsworth is the location at the earlier shooting which was fatal. It took place at a bus stop. Witnesses said several men were seen running from the shooting. It happened at 2pm

The police are investigating to see if the shootings are related.
