I am 100% sure we found slusho too fast. They are definitely not done with it. I think we should just play with what we can, but for now I dont think theres going to be much going on until the next slusho update.

We found it as it was meant to be found, they put the clues out for the website in the trailer (I know it was also found through the name on IMDB) so they expected that as soon as people saw it and started to analyze it the first thing they would type in would be slusho.com.

It was found seemingly 'under construction' because they wanted to drip feed updates to us so that we didn't get impatient too quickly.

But I agree with you that they are not done with it, and that we probably will not get anything from Slusho until it is updated again.

Why robots? WTF is up with robots when we've got little kiddie animals, cute cuddly animals with big expressive eyes, a little boy and girl...and then flavors are represented by robots? That grow when you increase their quantity? The secret ingredient is the base, flavor mix next. Lotus goes in the cup first, mixed flavorbots go in next.

The robots are just out of place in all this. They also have specific pattern between round eyes, rectangular eyes, two eyes, one eye, flashing dots and moving bars, and a round bubbles stomach and without bubbles. Something's not jiving with the bots and the rest of the site. Why are they relevant?

Very good question Tina.. I was reading this and it kind of hit me.. what about nanomachines? Nanomachines can theoretically be designed for just about any purpose, be it change brain chemistry (i.e. Slusho makes you HAPPY!!!), boost the immune system and take the place of white blood cells (Power, perhaps), and certainly could be designed with addictive properties (the stated inability to drink any less than six of course).

There is also the ability with nanomachines of self-replication. What if the new ingredient is this new technology, put in the drink to make one HAPPY. Let's say for some reason these bots get into an animal and refuse to work the same as they would in a human, due to incompatible biologies, the nanobots change somehow, and begin to self-replicate, just growing and growing, taking information from the cells of the animal, and becoming a part of the creature. The host of these bots is eventually overtaken by the machines, and replication continues until you have, say, a gigantic frogfishdonkey of power that zooms from the water because it drank slusho. And it's NOT happy.

Maybe I got a little ( Shocked ) carried away, but yeah, nanomachines.

Tina here....

Actually I kinda dig that one. Least it's sticking to the point! I don't personally think it's transformers either way, I did make that association because of the initial whois info, but there are 2 spots in the history of slusho that did suggest to me that it's entirely plausible that something originally landed in the sea from outer space - and the organic robots is the hint here. I mean that is what transformers are - so while it's probably not actually transformers themselves, the concept of their biology isn't trademarked....it can be swiped and utilized as a base to build a new creature for this purpose.

It's been pointed out a number of times (and sadly ignored or sailed over) that the bots are breathing...and we can add to this that they have eyes that blink, and again that they grow when their quantity is increased.

I've done webdesign for nearly a decade and there's just a rule to it that you stay in theme. Or, at best, if you change theme inside the site that the content itself justifies the shift in the theme. We have a slusho site that's all kiddie-fied with the animals....creatures. But suddenly there's the needle across the record effect with robot flavors...and no justification for it on the surface. Why not continue to use the characters we've become familiar with...make the whale grow, in particular - why NOT that one? There could've, if not should've logically been 6 colored whales that grow....or each animal on there that grows.

The kids on the history page are at least with mask and snorkel...so the "reality" factor is present, and the other sea life is consistent....but then we have a donkey. Donkey doesn't go there. In fact, donkey doesn't even work with the history page or its content in any manner. We could infer the boy and girl being representing Noriko and Ganu, or Ganu and "cousin" or just children who are connected to them. We can infer the other sea life as indiginous to the environment.

Donkey - nope. I mean this is Sesame Street material people. One of these things aint like the other...

If we take this as metaphor for the history content, what about maybe some genetic makeup of the donkey (or ass!) that, in those conditions causes some freak thing to happen. Or maybe it's resistant to some such parasite, strain, ingredient....

There's just too much suggestion at mutation going on with slusho throughout the whole theme.

mutation is a theme yes, like the idea of nano bots but i don't think thats it but may lead on, but the bots themselves mutate or transform once mixed as the wings on the final mixture bot are the slusho cup, they have become part of the cup or part of slusho. just cant work out why they would be breathing, cos i would imagine even organic robot wouldn't actualy breath. odd. but then so far what isn't Very Happy

Slusho cup position
they are the key for something

Ok, I post in there

I think the think should be solved is about the position of the cups in the botton of the website.
If you check on them, they are misaligned in a weird way

They are 17

9 before you can't drink just six
the 4th is full and ahed
the 9th is empty and behind

8 after YCDJS
the 2nd (or the 11th) is full and ahead
the 4th (or the 13th) is full and ahead
the 5th (or the 14th) is full and behind

We should solve this enigma, maybe it's linked to the flavor game....

even if it's not linked with flavors game, I think this is totally the key for something

Re: Slusho cup position
maybe binaural code

ok, I'm not good in IT stuff, but empty full reminds something like binaural code (0 empty 1full)
but then I don't know about the position...

The little robot fellas

Ok, sitting on Slusho! just now, I noticed something.

The little robot fella labeled Chocolate Rage has three lights on his left hand. They light up in sync with the little robot fella on the right labeled Strawberry Tasty. The strawberry fella has four lights that light up in sync after the first has lit up from Chocolate Rage.

The light formation on Chocolate Rage's hand also matches the light formations on Strawberry Tasty's shoulders.

Blueberry Zoom, Chocolate Rage, Mikan, and Strawberry Tasty's eyes all animate at the same time.

Then Nashi and Banana Anime animate simultaneously.

Nashi appears to be the only robot fella whose arms do not animate simultaneously with the rest of the little robot fellas.

That's all I've got for now. Any speculation?
Sorry if this is a repost. Actually, I'm not sorry. I wasn't about to read through thirty eight pages.

 Cups and code?
Could this be a form of Morse Code

Repost from annother thread:

Spent way too much time on this. The cups are almost aranged like morse code but did not translate well. So I did some Googling and found there was a Japanese Morse code.

. . .-. ... . .-.- -...

Translates to Kana sounds: FIRST WORD "He He Na Ra He" SECOND WORD "Ro Ha"

Now I just need to transalte the sounds into words or something useable.

People,

Rob is going to Japan to work on marketing this stuff. Thus, we know it's at least headed up in Japan.

Japanese media ABSOLUTELY ADORES giant robots and cute animals. (Exhibit A- Pokemon; Exhibit B- Big O, Voltron, Power Rangers, Evangelion, etc.)

I think we're looking a little too deeply into the website, and I think that with roughly 5 months left before release, JJ's going to feed us in small doses until then.

Jumping at shadows is exactly that, jumping at something that's completely immaterial.

Here's my theory on why the whois info on 1-18-08.com and sectorseven.org are the same:

I think that Paramount hired the same marketing agency to do online viral marketing campaigns for both movies (Transformers and 1-08-08/Cloverfield/whatever we're calling this movie today). I think maybe it's their "signature" or something.
