According to the Terms of Service:

"More specifically, members and GUESTS alike agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any applicable laws, including copyright laws. Therefore, guests ARE subject to the TOS, and this WAS an abusive thread with the sole purpose of harassing another player.

 		I am pretty sure that it is a law, that in order to obide by a TOS, you need to see/agree to the TOS, their is not TOS on this guest page that i can even see, much less a check box that i agree to obide by them. Not that it matters =) anyways, i would like a META tag and a further ongoing of this topic, as i like to learn :3
