Well, listening to it a bunch of times, I hear something close to:

"Erich kept a decent or slight animosity to innocent who had managed to ruin the magic stomach. Take a minute, will you, and rest on one (or time), to prove one two thirteen time times seventy seven hundred and seven."

I don't think it's quite right though.

ETA:

Assuming these transcriptions are at least halfway right, we can start looking at the meaning of this.

I'm thinking that the innocent who ruined the magic stomach is referring to the student who punched Houdini in the stomach and eventually caused his death. Or it might be pointing at pope Innocenti.

I tried watching the streaming episodes for the freeze frames of Ashton holding up the signs, but I saw nary a one. Is it something that only goes out in the broadcast or am I just missing it on the streaming episodes?

Wikipedia states it's a puzzle, and the "HOLY SHIT CRABS ARE COMING OUT OF MY STOMACH" picture is from one of the Room 401 episodes.

Uberg, I also think it's a puzzle because no characters, except for situps guy and crab-bursty guy, have appeared, and we're not solving an "hay guys my gf got kidnapped by evil cultists/terrorists/monsters", it's something about Houdini.

As for the Houdini in cuffs one, try using different colors, might do something.
