Good solve forum lurker, thats one thing we take for granted, I believe from now on, no matter what, Im gonna double check translations to see if they are correct.. I too, use purple hell, and it has a tooon of useful stuff..


EDIT: To make it more clear, I rearranged the words of Lurkers solve.. this is by no means an add-on to the solve, it is just to make it more colloquial..

this is more understandable when its ordered like this.. so the she is Bergie, and Bergie was almost sacrificed at birth due to the fact that her mother was not a Witch? They must have lived in a community where this was common... im gonna check google for cultures that had this custom..

seems to be the answer to the journal entry. Thanks for all your work guys, I really appreciate it. I'm gonna bring everyone to read this summary of work I've done and what you've done. I've been notified that this is from the Malleus Maleficarum, also known as the witches hammer. I found a wiki on the Malleus Maleficarum at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Malleus_Maleficarum. I'm gonna take a look through the journal for anything else related to Christianity. I've sent emails out to some friends who might know people who could help so I'm hoping to get something back soon.

My guess is if Aunt Sophie was a witch, I guess Bergie was too, possibly she was being persecuted cause she had a son? Just my latest theory, let me know all yours too okay?

Also, about the AIM I've set up. Yeah as some people know it's Brentinthetent, but it's down. I'm looking for other ways for you to IM me, as always I'll let you know when I do Wink

Really, again. I never thought i'd get a response like this. You guys are freaking awesome and I'd hug each and every one of ya for this.

 		ok I have two possible theories about this Malleus Maleficarum Except, along along with Brent's Journal Puzzle:

1.) The one in danger would be the newborn baby, not the mother. Therefore, the only one who would need to escape would be the baby. I believe Bergie was the baby that escaped, somehow...

2.) (I think this is the one I believe more) I believe Bergie to be the midwife. A newborn baby or mother giving birth are highly incapable of performing an escape... and the question "what did she do?" only etches my idea of this in stone. "What did she do?" refers to the newborn baby she may have killed.

In the same except from the Malleus Maleficarum, it stated that the midwives were sometimes not in control of their actions, when sacrificing these newborns to Lucifer. I think "The Hammer Has Spoken" refers to the MM's (Lucifer's) control over the midwife (Bergie) mentally. She was not in control of herself, killed the baby, realized what she did, and escaped.....

Took the child, fled to safety, thus the Ambroise bloodline continues or begins. My history isn't so hot but could they have fled to America. We could use some timelines, Brent needs to be researching his family tree.

One of the puzzles had this line,

I'm assuming that the "they" are witches, so the the child was probably taken to a coven.

Witchcraft, Wiccan, or whatever it is I don't know anything about so I'm not sure if I've used the correct terms.

EDIT: oh ya, and Brent pretty much confirmed it was Bergie that had a son, and fled with him... he said it was only his "speculation" but he is adament about sticking to that spec.. i believe its him hinting which direction this would be going...

"SN" stands for 'screen name', like on AIM.

It returns no hits on google, and none of the thousand anagrams really make sense, although the word 'malediction' can be made.

Maybe it's an actual sentence. A decimal owning to wow. Owning a point of something to impress people? A point of something that impresses people?
