oh, no no no.
I think the biggest reason its being dismissed is that there's no reason for it to exist.

Do you know where this came from? An anonymous comment left on one of the many, many speculation sites.

I just don't buy that one person cracked this open and got a new website unless

(a) they got a "solve" on slusho or 1-18-08 and don't feel like gloating about it
(b) They are actually in on the game and have chosen an utterly stupid way of progressing it
(c) its a gamejack

Now, thats not to say this might be the gleaming gold gateway to a wonderful fan ARG. But official? I doubt it.

I don't think that being hosted at an internet provider like GoDaddy makes it instantly OOG; quite the opposite, frankly. It'd be rather obvious if it were hosted in a back room on the Paramount lot, wouldn't it? You can find out in a second where the box is physically located, so putting it on GoDaddy or similar sites disassociates the "game" from the real world.

Secondly, I find it odd that, in the decrypted source, the "input" tag HAS NO ATTRIBUTES. Without attributes, such as an "id" or "name", it won't be posted to the server on a submit. Therefore, the code is never used by any system because it never goes anywhere.

I wouldn't call this a "gamejack", just a site that has nothing to do with anything.

This site was made MONTHS before slusho, yet it directs to slusho. This means that the site wasn't always a redirector to slusho, and it is a attempt at gamejack. And yes, it's gamejack. If it was unrelated he wouldn't have directed to Slusho.
