Something that jumped out at me from one of Sammy's replies:

We reallyhave to question how well either of these men are. Sammy considers himself to be recovered but should we. Perhaps he wishes to make RF remember because he wants to fill pieces of his own past which would explain his agressive tactics.

Was R.f. given a new identity vbecause of what he was involved in or knows and given it so completely that even he doesn't remember his past.

As far as I'm concerned they're both crazy, but seeing as they are our only two sources of information, it's best for the time being to keep milking them for information as long as we can. The dynamics may change with the introduction of R.F.'s colleague Greg.

EDIT: Do you think Sammy would/could give us a lead on tracking down the company behind the Red King Project? R.F. said that they hid their tracks, but it wouldn't hurt to get a second opinion. Maybe it's too early in the game, still.

you know, as i am moving through this story, i have the feeling that we have been pulled away from the red king project and kind of had our heads turned to focus on the dynamic between r.f. and samuel for the moment. perhaps once his colleague makes an appearance, things will swing back the other way. i wonder if there are any other individuals besides his family that are noticing r.f.'s oddness... current co-workers?

The more i think about it. The more I think the project hasn't ended but is ongoing that RF was a ferral child and they planted someone else's memories in efforts to give him a normal life and now they're trying to do whatever to the kidshe's working with

Just finished reading the blog, forum and watching the video. Looks like this could be an interesting one.

One thing that jumped out at me and I didn't see anyone mention is:

1. R.F. operates at night

2. Sammy said in an email "You will help. I'm sure. If you need to talk to me, try the day mostly. The day mostly."

3. Both are messed up, both seem to have medical backgrounds, both were involved in someway with the Red King Project.

Perhaps they are one and the same R.F. is the night time persona and Sammy is the day time persona just they both don't realize it.

I've been wondering that too. I suggested to Samuel that R.F. probably needs to seek professional help, but he hasn't responded.

I can't wait til Greg gets here and see what he has to say. Hopefully he's not just another personality of R.F.'s.

Only problem with the day/night persona (which I considered too) is that RF talks about doing things during the day (like being at the diner, etc..). Its still a possibility but I'm not totally convinced yet.

I agree with you on the day/night persona problem, but I must add that nothing either of these men say are entirely credible (it's not entirely unheard of for a multiple personality disordered person having memories of events that never happened).
The real problem with the split is the fact that R.F.'s wife mentioned Sammy in the note, but even THAT may not be credible.
Put bluntly, we're wading in a stream of bulls**t trying to fish out facts....
