[SPEC/OOG?] Jabberwocky
TCT

Did any one receive an e-mail or text from 242 Shining Apostle (AKA: Ernest Davis)?
I send him an e-mail asking him questions about The Castaway Theory. He is one of the people who left a comment about the book on Amazon. He replied back with the following (Jabberwocky):

242 Shining Apostle: The following
transmissiona8Guq.98.ref34.3

'Twas brillig, and the slithy toves

Did gyre and gimble in the wabe;
All mimsy were the borogoves,

And the mome raths outgrabe.

"Beware the Jabberwock, my son!

The jaws that bite, the claws that catch!
Beware the Jubjub bird, and shun

The frumious Bandersnatch!"

He took his vorpal sword in hand:

Long time the manxome foe he sought --
So rested he by the Tumtum tree,

And stood awhile in thought

And as in uffish thought he stood,

The Jabberwock, with eyes of flame,
Came whiffling through the tulgey wood,

And burbled as it came!

One, two! One, two! and through and through

The vorpal blade went snicker-snack!
He left it dead, and with its head

He went galumphing back.

"And hast thou slain the Jabberwock?

Come to my arms, my beamish boy!
O frabjous day! Callooh! Callay!"

He chortled in his joy.

'Twas brillig, and the slithy toves

Did gyre and gimble in the wabe;
All mimsy were the borogoves,

And the mome raths outgrabe.

The poem itself is from one of the Alice in Wonderland books. It might be OOG, but it's interesting nonetheless.

red flags up everwhere, it's all I see..

* 242 is not based on 7 (denominators are 2 and 11)
* "Ernest Davis" is a real person (actually, a few real persons) - the main hit being someone in NY who's interested in Artificial Intelligance - being a real person, it would be simple to find someone with that backing if a gamejack were to be attempted
* jabberwocky has been around a long time, and unless there's something different, or a code embedded in the initial communication, it has no connection here.
* the fact the guest's name is "jabber" also leads me to believe this is a fake post and gamejack attempt

There's only five comments on that book on amazon and he (E.D.) was one of those five.
That's the reason I decided to e-mail him about the book, hoping that he will give me some hints.

And about my guest name being "Jabber" is because I don't have another one, that's the only thing that came to my mind.

I know that Jabberwocky has been out for a long time, but the same goes for "When We Two Parted" it came out around the 1820's.

yes but it had an added stanza and an embedded code. If this message was just quoting the poem, then it's pointless. As with the other points I listed...
