Nothing new to report. I just didn't want you to think I "went away" forever. This spring I will be exploring more, and as always I will post any new findings and/or theories. I do have one thing that I think I will be posting soon – I'm still trying to work it all out.

/me happy

I just got all caught up last night, late and he's posted this morning since then- re: dead birds- I emailed him for the first time and pointed out that it was the height of West Nile Season and that as far as signs went it was a pretty ambiguous one but that it didn't mean he wasn't under surveilence and in danger, that the only way to keep himself safer was to keep posting, so long as he kept his audience it would be harder to silence him with impunity. I will post any response I get.

Wow! There have been 9 updates since I last checked!!!

He's really been spending alot of time updating this recently, this is great!

I dont believe its an arg, I think its more creative writing, but I just love it, and it has a huge potential to become a ARG, maybe it will do?

I agree, with the guest post, that 'gleamsfetes' (message left) that was on the June 18th post, seems rather code-ish and pretty out of place so far with this blog. We havent had any codes before. So maybe this is turning into a ARG?

[Meta] Also, in his more recent posts, I have noticed alot of 'spread the word' 'get more people' pleas. For example:

Quote:
I am posting this now because I feel that perhaps the more I speak out, and the more people who know about me and the Indian Lake Project – the safer I'll be.

And the more straight to the point:

Quote:
Over 10,000 people have visited this site since the beginning. I want to say "thank you" to all of you who are interested in what I have gotten myself into. If you can help spread the word about this topic, and this site I would appreciate it.

Could this be the typical route of a ARG starting? [/meta]

Im so tempted to buy a Indian Lake Project T-shirt!

Another extensive update to the blog. Answering some questions he recieved via email, and a huge timeline of government testing virus and vaccines.

Edit: The link provided in the post is pretty damn hillarious.

Scientists also reportedly considered a "sting me/attack me" chemical weapon to attract swarms of enraged wasps or angry rats towards enemy troops.

Angry Rats?! lmfao

Hi; just stumbled upon this thread and looked into the ILP for the first time. Is there another thread or wiki on this? I've got some theories, but don't want to retread old ground.

Thanks.

FWIW, most of the background information is true (i.e., about Project Artichoke, Project MK Ultra, Human Radiation experiments, etc.)

I don't know if we ever determined if this was a game or not. The blog has been going for a few years.

Yeah I noticed that....
A real life thing being mistaken for an ARG trailhead really isn't that farfetched....
Not saying this is real, but.... those time gaps....
It's unsettling.

I'd love to know where the photographs are taken, I love things like that.

Its strange he mentioned ARG's in his post. Maybe that was his way of saying 'this isnt a game but creative writing' ?

I thought this site was real until I read this thread and found out the photos are fake.

The beds in the post from Aug. 17th can't be real either. They look like something you would find in a motel, not an military facility.

I'm not 100% convinced the photos are faked, at least if by fake we mean that they've been photoshopped. I just think the one kid, Roger, looks like a kid from the 50s, but I could be wrong. My theory about this is that this is not a dark episode from US history (though we've got plenty of those), but that he's trying to drum up interest in the other "real" horrors that have been done in the past to both adults and children. Probably the worst one was the Duplessis Orphans, that the author refers to in an early posting. The author has, in fact, discussed the real-world incidents more than Indian Lake and the documents he has.

I'm guessing that sooner or later, he's going to draw a much more definite connection between the Duplessis Orphans, MK-ULTRA, and Indian Lake--probably through the infamous Donald Ewen Cameron, whom some have already connected to both MK_ULTRA (confirmed) and the Duplessis Orphans (not confirmed).

Indian Lake is a pretty well-known place in NY and tens of thousands of people trek there; I'm quite sure that something as prominent as piers to support an elevated highway would have been discovered. Also, I have no idea why they would need to elevate a road to the camp in the first place--especially that high above grade. Anyway, it's just an interesting story so far, but other than the odd Cowsills reference (which I admit is really weird), no clear ARG stuff.

It's just a matter of time before one of these ARG or ARG-ish things turns out to be true. That's when I'll either stop playing them altogether, or turn into one of those weird conspiracy-theory types.

Just a thing

Hey there,

I've been watching this blog since I learned about it during the Ares Station ARG. I'm sure we're all really certain it's not an ARG by now, but I wanted point something out that didn't sit right with me.

http://forums.unfiction.com/forums/posting.php?mode=reply&t=18412

That picture does contain some European uniforms. But those sleeve bars are definitely American style. So it would appear that the picture is of an American meeting with a member of some foreign military. German? Swiss? Maybe even Italian? I don't know. My guess would be that it's from Cold War era when we were buddies with the West Germans, but who can say an exact time?

Still, I know that every time I get something in my head about a government conspiracy or people following other people, I check the Indian Lake blog.
