I will give you one more clue to get you going - you should be able to do it. It's been explained already by someone else, but maybe wording it a little different will help:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):

There will be a phrase to enter in the answer box. To get the phrase, there is a red number and there is a blue number in each photo. The red number will tell you what tag to use (it is a word). The blue number will tell you the order of the word in the phrase.

Question...

How did whoever find the profile for Tony Flair before the hint went up?

And if somebody found Bob Mumford's profile before the hint went up for it too...how are you guys finding these things?

Looking back over my many years as a perfumer, I have so much knowledge. My own, from my family, from my employers. I will share some with all of you members of the Power Scents. Not because I want you to succeed, mind you. Rather, because once I take over the industry, I want to make sure that the trade, craft, and technology of fragrance is adequeately understood by potential recruits and hires like yourselves. No more mistakes like Katalin.

To get started, I refer you to some "recommended reading" over the next few days of the month. These recommendations come from many sources. I'll mention them as I deem appropriate. Pay most attention to my fellow Hungarian's recommendations and read those headlines closely. Even a single letter there can be as valuable to understanding the mind of a great perfumer and fragrance business as single drops of lavender are to today's scent.

As I wrote, I have learned much from varied individuals (and most from a specific one). I doubt that any of you will ever have the privilege of knowing and working with as many fine minds in the fragrance world as I have. And none of you has a nose like mine! So, again, I am not the least bit afraid of what you will learn.

Besides, I want you to get used to me as a leader and mentor.
