[NEW] 1-18-08.com Shutdown, Updated Paramount removed the 1-18-08.com site today. The web page now points directly to the Paramount home page - http://www.paramount.com/
I have made a mirror of the old 1-18-08 site here: 1-18-08.cloverfieldclues.com
Hopefully this is just a temporary change.

Just noticed that myself. It was up around lunch time. Good catch on making the mirror site.

Weird...
Hopefully it'll be some kind of overhaul with new stuff. Then again, I thought the same thing when IBeleiveInHarveyDent.com changed for all of The Dark Knight stuff going on around ComiCon, but all it did for that particular sight was add the warnerbros. to the URL. The Joker stuff was cool, though.
I guess we'll see.

This is really weird. Cause I was just on that site like, I guess 40 minutes ago, showing a friend what an ARG was and I was explaining about the trailer.
Wow thats really weird...

Lets just prey to Voltron that they are putting up a new picture and that it leads to something cool... like... midgets on unicycles... or something.... ya...

In the middle section of the Paramount site it has links to their movie sites, trailers, tickets. Click the arrows on either end long enough and you'll see a link to 1-18-08. 'Site' links to Apple trailer though and it's still labeled as '01-18-08'.
BTW, nice move in the other threads CloverfieldClues. Hopefully people take the hint and continue the discussion here.

Is there any possibility this is just some kinda ploy to redirect some of the traffic from the 1-18-08 page to the paramount site to check out their other stuff until there's more 1-18-08 things to do?
I don't mind being a sucker for marketing as long as my focus isn't distracted...As funny as I think Andy Samberg is, if I wanted to see Hot Rod then I would've by now.
