[SPEC]WHAT A SHOCK, A NEW THEORY
This ones actually pretty good

Didnt want a new tread, but i wasn't getteing the attention i really deserve Mr. Green
Possibly, A smaller version(s) of the apparent big monster gets suck in the river thames, for all to see. Its just there in the open. It kills a few people, causes some destruction, and the govt. takes it out, and covers it up. All thats left is a home movie. Years later they discover slusho, at the bottom of the ocean around england(also shot by handheld camera). While removing this from the ocena's depths, the siencetists wake up a massive monster, which is now looking for its child(ren). It goes to NY, where the slusho is being preserved at extremly cold tempatures, until rob leaves for japan and takes it with him on his plane. Watch the movie the Host. Its a good movie, and i think it will be simalar to cloverfield or whatever the name is.

Ummmm...
mmmmm.....

A bit off, I am afraid. I like your way of thinking and connecting the dots, but you skipped a few dots.

This film is not as "cut and dried" as your theory, I think...( although you could be dead on, for all ANY of us know...right??).....

At least you are thinking, unlike 90% of the people on here just throwing the

Locky! around, or disputing everything with no research of their own.

Keep up the good theory work!!

I think disputing stupidity is keeping the rest of us sane Razz

Is this a link to the Thames Whale? the Whale was a real whale... it wasnt hiding... they lifted it out of the water dead... and it was a whale.

Nothing remotely monstrous about it.

Except maybe the smell.

Eh... A little weak. I don't think the government could cover up a monster in the River Thames any more than it could cover up Elvis coming back from the grave and marrying Bat Boy.

Also, I really don't think the monster's origin is going to explained that in-depth. With the total lack of room for flashbacks and the like, Rob monologuing to the camera for a minute or two would be totally lame.
