I hear nothing what so ever that sounds like that.
Once again a case of the human brain looking for something when nothing is there. You might hear it if you listen to it over and over again, but its a load of noise. I bet someone else listens to that and hears something else.
This almost reminds me of those "ghost hunts" where people make out that the white noise is talking to them.
