 		Foshizzle (and hence, the name server) is currently down. The only one that's up afaik is radiant, and you can connect directly to that:

radiant.chat-solutions.org

Both foshizzle and eclipse go poof!

There are currently two chat-solutions servers you can connect to irc through:

radiant.chat-solutions.org
stardust.chat-solutions.org

You can also usually connect by going through irc.chat-solutions.org, which picks one of the available servers to connect through.
