You'll have to use an IRC client to connect. The server is radiant.chat-solutions.org:6667, the channel is #theharlequinsays

btw, the image at the latest page is called sigils1, so I'm assuming sigils are the type of symbol specifically, looking into it~

 		Yes, and in the sense of traditional sense of sigils, these are not.

So its likely just a 1-1 rune-english alphabet.
