[META] tag addition for the guidelines.

 		[META] tag addition for the guidelines.
I found out recently that there is a tag for an outside media reference of a game, [PRESS], however when I was posting a topic about the outside reference, which was the 1-18-08 segment on Five News this tag wasn't in the list.

If it isn't too much trouble I'd like the [PRESS] tag added to the guidelines to help people who were in the same position I was in... where they have a news channel referencing one of the games being played here, but didn't know what tag to put in their topic titles.
