[White District] Blockage
in Public Services Building

Quote:
Sectors A, B, and C in Deus City are shaped like a rectangle.

The number of blocks along the border of each Sector is a whole number; each block through each Sector is parallel to one pair of blocks along the border.
A has the least number of blocks along its northern border, B has three more blocks along its northern border than A has, and C has three more blocks along its northern border than B has.
The number of interior blocks through each of two of the Sectors equals the number of blocks along its entire border.

If blocks are not equal, and refer to a length NOT to an area, in which of the three sectors does the number of interior blocks through it not equal the number of blocks along its entire border?

Then it has an input box for Sector

Then it asks "How many blocks are along each sector's northern border?" and has input boxes for Sector A, Sector B, and Sector C.

I tried an easy solution, which didn't work, sadly. I figured since it was on a map, I'd count the blocks around it and do the math.

Unfortunately, it didn't work.

I thought maybe I could just count the blocks, so I found the map here
But, I'm still pretty confused. If anyone else wants to try I'm attaching a pretty close replication of the image, and I also tried to replicate the sectors on Google Maps, here

I'm not sure if its because this puzzle's wording confuses the hell outta me, or if I'm just terrible. So, I'll let someone else try this angle if they're so inclined.

Sorry for being incredibly dense, but could somebody explain the logic of this puzzle? I'd like to get it up on the wiki but still don't understand the question, much less the answer.

Thanks.
