I CANNOT believe this hasn't been here.
Leetkey is a Firefox software that can, with a simple right click, encode and decode nearly any message in 1337 (leet), ROT13, URL, Base64, HEX, Binary, Morse Code, and it can reverse text.

You can even highlight and decode coded messages without copy/pasting them.
Just highlight what's decoded, right click to go to leetkey, and text transform whatever you want decoded. Great for ANY ARGer. I use it all the time in my adventures.

And for those who don't use Firefox, I strongly suggest you do. It's just like Internet Explorer, only MUCH more convenient, and even a little bit faster in its downloads.
