I'm not sure, but think that it would be a rail fence cipher. I couldn't find any information on caesars box ciphers.

hey guys first time poster here... All i have to say is wow. Im sure its just the tip of what you can do, but i was working on those codes and i couldnt do anything with them... Im just posting to compliment you guys on the work u did.
