If we were going with this Howard theory, it could be that he's being manipulated by somebody somehow. Some shadowy Chorazish character targets him and says "Hey, man...you've been dealt some bad hands, I see. What if you could make everybody you've ever lost--yes, especially her--come back so you'd never lose them again?" Of course he says yes, and he gets swept along in this plot. When a Sentry winds up riding the handsome, his contact says "What's it matter? Once we're done, they'll be back, too!" That keeps his mouth shut, and keeps him performing whatever duties they have him doing.

It is kind of creepy - Howard definitely has a strange personality. He seems to be unable to handle change very well - which leads me to my wild spec: He's the one behind trying to summon Yoggy (perhaps with peter's help?) in order to bring back Adrianna. He's been moping about that loss for years now. Plus, he's just about the only character left to point fingers at .
Hmm, I hate to think that it could be Howard. But, he posted this

I'm here. God. I'm crying, but I'm here. Not Marie. I was hoping I'd hear someone finally reached her. Not this.
and four minutes later, he posted this in the spam thread.

Wow, Sid, thanks. Fewer free Asians = good thing!
That post was really not necessary, and for someone who was torn with grief over the death of a friend? Anyway, it just bothers me.

Good eye tipsila. Maybe Howard is doing this stuff in a blackout - an alter personality.
HPHack is our co-sentry and SO moderator. He is the one who posts at SO and banishes spam, etc.
Howard is the anguished guilt torn person who should have been on the expedition and in his own way is trying to set things right. He is DC. He is doing the killings.

But I thought I was the one who banishes spam!
Actually, you two have a good point. Nice eyes, tipsila! I'm still not positive that Howard is DC and is too wrapped up in this, but I definitely think he is the center of it all and probably knows more than he is telling us (despite the "no more sekrits" post). He does seem flaky however . . .

Would it be possible for the new mods to check his IP from his posts? It would be helpful to see if it has changed at all in clearing up/confirming our suspicions.
Also, has anyone had a chance to check out the prayer file from the black swan hard drive?

He's also really into burning anything that might be useful to us.

IMHO this is OOG. "PAY NO ATTENTION TO THE MAN BEHIND THE CURTAIN! FORGET . . . FORGET . . . FORGET!!!

Not yet. Maybe I'll find some time tomorrow.
EDIT: Got around to doing a diff, and the .exe and the .dat file appear to be exactly the same. Someone else can double check if you would like.

Wooo~ I've been gone for months lol. I'm not even sure its possible to catch up at this point, has anyone been keeping a summary of events?
Anyway, by chance I happened to check the SO forums a bit ago and noticed some activity in the Sekrit Forum, so I went ahead and updated the wiki~ Not sure if its still used, but I figured I might as well do what I can~

How can it be OOG when we have been given the access In Game?

There is a possibility for breach of "the curtain". I wrote you a PM on the SO boards. If you disagree with me, you have the ability as a new mod to obtain the information and give it to whom you wish, but for me, I believe it to be OOG.

Even if it's ingame, I can't think of what we would compare it to... the IPs of Lucky5? Anyway, I don't think this is ingame or important at all. Perhaps we'll need it later, but not now. Leave it be (or at least don't tell me)
