Interview Part II

Welcome to Part II of the Ideltech Information interview process.

In this section of the interview process we will be asking you to take a timed IQ test. The test is brief, it should not take more than 13 minutes total. The results of the test will be e-mailed directly to you. We simply ask that you forward the results to hr @ideltech.com once you have received them.

You will find the test at www.iqtest.com simply follow the instructions and your Part II interview will be complete and ready to forward to us.

You will receive points based on the following scale.

Average: 85 - 115
80 pts

Above average: 116 - 125
90 pts

Gifted Borderline Genius: 126 - 135
100 pts

Highly gifted and appearing to be a Genius to most others: 136 - 145
110 pts

Genius: 146 - 165
120 pts

High Genius: 166 - 180
130 pts

Highest Genius: 181 - 200
140 pts

Beyond being measurable Genius: Over 200
150 pts




Part II must be completed by : 1 May 2004

The questions were unbelievably simple. It makes me think the site isn't real.

Regardless, finishing in six minutes, I netted 162.

INFO: Emailing your results

I just chatted with Marcus on YM and he asked me to remind everyone to *not* have the IQ Test results emailed directly to him. There will be no name attached and he will not know whose results are whose. Instead use your own email, and then just forward them to the HR email addy. (Guess he had some come in this way...)

You dont have to pay, just ignore that and it will still send you your scores by email.

BTW i only got 140 and it took me 10 minutes (but that included getting a drink for my little girl in the midst of the test)
