I think, given recent events (see this post), this puzzle is dead, now.

All that says to me is that blb remains in the custody of a psycho actor who had a meltdown, he could have been that way for awhile. There's nothing that I've read that indicates his cryptic communication was actually sanctioned by Ideltech or NC......in other words, just because he's nuts and has Krystal doesn't mean he doesn't want to communicate. I'd be interested in what he has to say for himself. And I think this puzzle solve would allow that communication to take place.

(Mind you I don't even slightly pretend to have any idea exactly how to do that... Very Happy )

But just cuz the "interview process" has been halted......doesn't neccessarily mean Pre-Game has.

Under the wild speculation that the code may be saying "go to ????.htm" I tried to see if I could make the letters fit with the DDGABcC.htm page. I then assumed that 21-1 may mean line 21, 1st character.
Since the excerpt of the play may not start at line 1, I looked for a line where the first character would be a G, with the 23rd character of the next line being an O. This works if there are 6 blank lines at the top of the file, (and all the blank lines and character names count as a line).
The message then decodes to "go to vent.htm"

Come back here at 11pm PST this Saturday for a surprise.

Color me dense but I don't get this solve. You went from 21-1 to 23. What happened to 22? And what did the " " mean? And could you please show which line you chose to use as your starting point and then going on from there? I may be the only one here who needs it spelled out but I would really appreciate it if you would spell it out for me. Thanks Lysithia...this appears to be a brilliant solve which is probably why I don't get it. Congratulations!

Sorry, I could have explained things a bit more clearly, I was in a hurry to post.
The " " simply stand for spaces.
As suggested by flex12321:
The code is broken up by the plus signs. So 21-1 is the first letter, 22-23 is the second letter, followed by a space, and so on.
21-1 means the 1st letter on line number 21
22-23 means the 23rd letter on line number 22

These letters are found in the DDGABcC.htm page. However "Christine:" which appears at the very top of the page is acually counted as line number 7. I made a lucky guess that the message started with "Go to". The only line in the page which starts with a G is "Grows stronger yet", so I called it line 21, and renumbered the others accordingly.

21-1 Grows stronger yet
22-23 And though you turn from me
" "
14-16 The phantom of the opera is there,
14-20 The phantom of the opera is there,
" "
20-11 My power over you
42-33 He's here, The phantom of the opera?
43-15 Beware the phantom of the opera
33-2 It's me they hear
.

Putting it on one line "Go to vent.htm"

Pretty good!

Would it be possible to have your "wild speculation" for next saturdays UK lottery draw numbers?

Very Happy

Oh, I think I figured out how whoever wrote this came up with the line 21. After checking the libretto, which shows the song is the first thing from Act 4, I double checked the source code on the page again. What do you know... Line 21 is "Grows stronger yet <BR>" Evil or Very Mad

Edit: Btw, excellent job Lysithea!

So was this solved in time, or does "Come back here at 11pm PST this Saturday for a surprise" refer to April 24??

Ask me again on 1 May at 11.01 pm PST Very Happy

Actually I seem to recall reading today that we would have a second chance and that this would be a cyclical thing.
