[ARG?] Ruyi Venice Project Possible new ARG I was reviewing my list of followers on my Twitter account and noticed a new user had added me: http://twitter.com/cdolfin Following a link back to his home page took me here: http://theruyi.com/ On there is a teaser video of some sites in Venice and a link to a blog which has some strange images and posts that remind me of an ARG. At the end of the teaser it says coming December 1, 2007.
It is a slick looking site, so whoever is behind it must have some resources to bear.
It's also interesting to see more usage of social networking sites like Twitter to indirectly promote a new ARG. I believe there was another ARG that recently had an in-game character on Twitter: http://twitter.com/pauldenchfield
I'm not sure yet whether I like in-game characters populating social sites without explicitly identifying themselves as such to non-players. It just happens that I follow ARGs so I took notice.
Note: I am not involved with this ARG in any manner. Just wanted to put it on the Unfiction community radar.

Leaving your email immediately gets you an answer from Carlo Dolfin.
Seems to be some kind of puzzle trail-like thing.
I'll keep an eye to see if it amounts to anything remotely interesting.

It certainly looks interesting and I think I'll try to see what I can offer in this adventure as well.

If this is as cool as Dolfin describes I'm definitely in
Edited for speling.

Since no one's put it up: http://venice.theruyi.com/site/
There's a group of archived emails that have some pretty interesting talk about secrets hidden in Venice architechture. I really wish we could get hold of the replies from the other three men.
And I can't get http://venice.theruyi.com/ to work for me, does anyone else see anything there?

It just forwards to the same site....
I'm guessing it's still under construction, or something.

It worked for me today. I got like 6 emails from the guy telling me the next part of his adventure was posted.
I'm beginning to lose interest in this simply because of the lack of interactivity. there's nothing to do, it's more of a story than an ARG.
I've googled the names and got nothing, so it's not like we can contact these people.

I'm thinking the real interactive part of the game is in December....
Either that or the game ends.
