Date and time of death: Approx. 1:15 AM October 27, 1978
Victim was attacked inside of her apartment, she appears to have been drugged by Rohypnol. The victim showed signs of rape. The body was thrown from the 6th floor of her apartment complex onto the sidewalk in the alley ajacent to the right side of the complex. Body was directly below the balcony of her apartment. Traces of Rohypnol found in victims wine and stomach. No sign of break in or forced entry. It is believed that the victim knew her attacker and welcomed the attacker into the home. Fingerprints found but do not match any in police records. No eyewitness accounts of assailant entering or leaving apartment building.
Neighbors were not aware of any male friends or frequent visitors, no family was immediately available to identify or claim the body.

Thanks to the coroner's report we know it was Rohyponol.
From the lyrics, it sounds like she may have known her attacker.

Whoever listens to this record has the task to try and figure it out. Every song is a piece of the puzzle!" The website, www.worsethanafairytale.com, will feature cool postings related to the story, and the artwork for the album is tied into the mystery/concept.
