I couldn't find the commercial at all....

And whoblewupthelondoneye.com MAY not be related to Quiet's commercial.

They seem to've been made by WAY different people.

whoblewup involves the London Eye exploding.
In the commercial it just kind of... derailed.

It would be wonderful for those of us across the pond if someone had uploaded this commercial to YT or other internet video site.

But from what you guys described, the website doesn't sound related to the commercial. And the commercial sounds like something promoting a new tv show or movie.

Maybe there will be a serial set of commercials that will draw you into the story?

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing.
These aren't related at all, I think.
First off, the budget:
The commercial was on national television and looked very realistic from the point of view of someone that was on the Eye at the time.
These videos are basically white flashes and jagged camera angles, none of them taking place ON the Eye.
Secondly, the cause of the Eye's destruction:
In the commercial, as described, the destruction of the eye seemed to be a terrible accident in which the Eye (and please, correct me if I'm wrong on this) sort of... fell off it's restraints.
The site and youtube videos were shots of the Eye exploding completely.

As I said, we may have run into two different trailheads.
