To play the devil's advocate, that looks bloody fake to me.

The woman has no acting talent, the man who is being interviewed seems way off. People were panicking, this guy is way too calm.

The sound clip of the roar is reused from the first trailer, and the woman is quite fake at acting surprised.

And the explosions are surprisingly obvious clips of fireworks...
You can tell it's fireworks at 1:02 and at 1:07.

And in the last picture, the emergency broadcast system picture appears, but the place, date, and time icons remain?

Whoever would fall for this is an idiot, and the source "Too many people would get fired" is obviously fake. Nobody would get fired for leaking a crappy trailer. Joking, but seriously, it's fake.

I actually didn't look into it that much. If it's real - cool. If it's fake, then some people have way too much time on their hands. But otherwise - cool as well.

I have to agree with Kraker here. This thing is completely staged. It even has the ending to the last trailer thrown in at the end just to make it look authentic. This reeks of homebrew; though better planned than most.

I said this woman is an actual reporter for NY1. If someone planned this thing, then including an actual reporter would be... I don't know... IMPOSSIBLE.
