 		"hexes"...could it be hex/ascii/whatever that stuff is (I have a friend who's email addy is in hex, its 6d24987 something or other, I can never remember)...

any computer geeks in the house?

Yes I think we could be possibly dealing with hex color codes ....

Hexidecimal is a binary code

This is the key to breaking it somehow.

Yes hex color codes are used in html design....

I thought color due to the printing business mentioned in the document...

i don't see how color comes in but i did find this in hexidecimal code
