I never have trouble using the covet website, do you think it's just because ya'll are on there at the same time?

The issue I cited, I just noticed this am...I think other people have seen no updates at all, and others have seen early spoilers. It's def. Spotty HTML, and probably use of different systems, and browsers.

Remember when the internet was new and there were sites for Microsoft users and sites for Netscape users, and some sites you had to tell the site which browser you were using? It's something like that.

edited to add...the site is based in flash. Flash animation has all kinds of little quirks and things in it. For some people it will work fine 100% of the time. For others it will appear spotty, it really depends on the system the end user is running, which is kind of hard to guess, so it may not be HTML, per se, but it's still a behind the scenes issue for them to work through (it may not be worth the effort for them, since the site will be void in a couple of weeks anyway).

um sure... I think I was 10 when the internet was new, so I wasn't using it that much, I never had to tell a site which browser I had. you'd think they'd have that HTML thing fixed, or tell you which browser it works best with!

Ah, good point about "not worth the effort". Maybe they should just give away prizes to everyone who has trouble with it to make us feel better.

Just because we find stuff and they don't use it that week, doesn't mean they aren't going to use it. We found Ersebet, whose yet to come into play (she's the mastermind, I tell you!), it took them a while to use Power Scents, we found the Blog, they used it a couple of weeks later, I have a feeling that the Keepers will be the same way, somehow it will fit into the last two clues

Also, the Covet site's HTML is buggy. Under my profile page, the last challenge isn't showing up. It's there, I solved it, I have the appropriate number of points, I can see it from the "home" page, it's just not under my profile. That doesn't help us, per se, or alleviate our frustration, but you Covet people that might read this...fix teh HTML, k? Thank you!

I think that we are finding stuff earlier than they thought we would! I have a couple of people as my friends on myspace that we haven't heard from yet!

Maybe it's a difference of time zones, it says that the blogs will be released at midnight, so maybe we all have to wait for our own midnight??? I know, I know, Everyone usually gets it at the same time. I freaking couldn't log in until this morning, it kept trying to help me make a profile. I already have one, this is week 8! I just wanted to say thanks for posting the challenge on here that you got early. It really was appreciated! I hope I didn't sound like a pain last night, I was just so frustrated with the game site and their tech problems. I also couldn't get to the lead until around 12:20am Evil or Very Mad

Why my job is not good
Current mood: depressed

This smug "publicist" has been trying to take over my latest big case. I am having been hoping that I will solve it and cash in a favor with a former supervisor to get early retirement. Today, M. has made me use that favor for something else!!!

And I know that she and that annoying American photoman will go barge in and ask questions. Like they did with Englishman. They have no discretion. They don't get warrents. What will happen in the courtroom? They don't follow all the way through on leads. And then what can I do? I cannot send in anyone from here after they already see and talk to nice, pretty young publicist or smooth, handsome American artist.

I worry that I will have to see Sarah Jessica in my prision cell all the rest of my days. And not even have any of her covet perfume to make it better.
