second off the big black box is a quicktime thing. with the image link in the source it links to a quick time logo that flashes and then shows the black box? maybe just a quicidence

 		I've waited and still nothing has come up. I've saved the image and, when I get a moment, I'll analyze it with an image editor. It perhaps needs to be lightened or is layered.

It wasn't binary. They were posting in English.

Check bottom of page 7 and middle of page 8 of Instigationplus.
