an Ah ha moment....

Well....since I finally checked my email...it makes more sense. Thanks Surf, aka ten other nicks.

I added your stuff to wordpress, overwatch 6.

Have you tried the finish words for autumn cafe for the password? (you probably have, but worth asking.) SYKSYKAHVIO ?

I see why you're excited about this 'game' again, per the email....I thought you had lost your mind before I read it, LOL.

Quit reading this, and go find a password!

NTS post date

on ACafe, if you click "POSTS" on the top right,
this:

shows up, same as main page, but notice the date is different. (other was July 7) Not sure that it matters, but if the date has anything to do with the password, then it could be different.

Germain
Much of this is speculation.

I've been trying to analyze Germain/Pete Hutchens from the data we have.
He is 1 of 2 editors of HIAS, a fringe paper, with strong ties to the type of idealists you'd expect from being in that job position. While Germain seems to agree with the ideologists he is too practical to be an ideologist himself. We know nothing about his personal history or influences beyond that he has stated he is "concerned with the 'usurpation and circumvention of the people's power". We also know he prefers not taking risks if at all possible and is not trusting of others. I would label him as a "shrewd business man".

From his vocabulary and writing style it seems that he fits the standard profile of an ex-military person with experience in legal and business management jargon or at least someone thats familiar with these things.
He is definitely not knowledgeable about hacking or the language used by them and utterly incapable of decrypting a cipher.

Even though Germain told us he trusted us he had not been forth coming with any information about his personal relationship or shared interests with AP. I think G & AP's relationship was one built over time not shared interests. It was apparent that he never fully trusted us.

In summary we are grasping at straws here as we figured we were. Maybe if we knew more about what AP and Germain shared in common we might have something to go on.
If anyone finds anything they think might put some light on this please post it.

PS. to the PMs, it might help if the Overwatch cast page was updated for the current cast. I sure would like to know who is playing Pete and the deceased Alan.

@coffeebean

Acafe is showing 7-7-07 for me on all links for that post =(
BTW if I added all the words I've tried on Acafe Unfiction would lock my account for spamming =P.

Surf, like the sea, is persistent. The beach wasn't built in a day, or something.

(But the Romans didn't use the sea to build their quaint little empire...c'mon, mix metaphors with me.)

Long story short: Surf is trying all possible avenues, from the absurd to the sophisticated, to crack the logic behind the password. Dedicated kinda character.
