You can sign up at the site

if you want to be notified when "the winning begins".
And (although not operational yet) you can also watch
the tracking of cans that have been called in.

Interesting idea, but I see one fatal flaw...

If the site is going to show the location of the current winners, don't you think it'd be easy to find them and take the winning can from them? Maybe you have to identify yourself as the person who found it and called it in to get the prizes...
