can't see her being an employee. She would be abroad working for them.

Maybe she's an guinea pig the companies are experimenting on, hence the bowel problems and she is just copying the logo subconciously after seeing it on a medicine case or letter.

Teddy is probably an employee of Tagruato.

Jamie *might* be, also...it could explain how and where they met. We don't know where Jamie works or what she does for a living yet.

I suspect the Hoberman sphere Jamie plays with in the video is a hint about something small growing huge. I.e., the Monster. Or even the Tagruato conglomerate itself.

Jamie is in fact a lab experiment. Rob is more then he seems and is a man chosen by the japanese companies to experiment on someone within the US to discover the effects of the deep sea nectar (i'm thinking the monsters mojo) before they distribute it worldwide. What they didn't count on was that her urine let of a mating signal that can only be picked up by deep sea aquatic creatures, hence why it tears up the city trying to find a mate.

I think before we get way too ahead of ourselves the most imortant thing about this is finding more about the Tagruato subsidiaries. Slusho can't be the only one of importance. However isn't it at least slightly unrealistic that at least a few of these friends work for Tagruato, slusho, etc.? It seems unlikely they would all become friends based on their employments to such different yet related companies. So I don't think everyone works for Tagruato in one way or another but there may be links to these other subsidiaries.

[Summary] (finally) Jaimies rambling and her over the top loving* of Teddy may be indicitive that she has been exposed to the DSN while in close proximity to him, whether through the consumption of shlusho, or a theoretical infusion of his clothes skin, and has associated that euphoria w/ him. making her depressed w/out him. 'like the flowers miss the sun'
