So then, basically a design code is a descriptive index of a logo's features.
Anything located under the design code refers to the Slusho logo, which, for example, (when animated) features droplets of spilling liquid, etc..
The coal, dust, light rays, pouring liquids, sand, frozen confections / ice, beer steins / mugs, cups, beer mugs, mugs, beer and tankards all fall into the design source code as well if I understand correctly.

Seems so far the only "Goods and Services", apart from the apparel that's already been rendered, will be potentially "non-alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, flavored soft drinks, blended ice drinks".
The powers that be may very well have parked those options considering their budget you've mentioned.

"Non-alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, flavored soft drinks, blended ice drinks" was probably registered not because they are going to be doing it, but to prevent someone ELSE from doing it. Just because they register something doesn't mean they'll use it as such.
