[NEW] HUD's comic update
new posts on blog

I checked it today and theres pictures of the characters he might use in his comic

Statik

Captain Anonymous

"I've dubbed these three Vang, Gustav Grosto, and Spiggot"

Koffy

ENDOMAN the Dreamtraveller

X-73

Behemoth

These were suggested by ppl visiting his myspace it seems. he put this in reply to them

"Thanks to everyone to posted their original characters (check out the artist creds in the prior post). You all sent them to me knowing full well they were going to be used in this interactive online story, so don't try to like sue me or anything."

Also on the blog a Sloshy (weird name) posted this story he suggested for HUD. It seems quite good and eerily simiar to the movie.

"Elsewhere...

Perched atop one of the taller buildings in Chicago, a bright lone figure can be seen from far off. The radiantly-blue skinned young man is searching. His eyes scanning the dark horizon in the midnight hour. His ears equiped with specially designed hearing aids to listen closely to the noise of the restless city.

Thunder rumbles in the distance behind him. Under his black mask he smirks. A person of his... abilities welcomes the coming storm. People tend to always look up when lightning races the sky. This, in turn, makes the criminals think twice before doing anything stupid.

*Crash!* Statik whirls his head around. "That was no thunder clap." he thinks to himself. With lightning quick reflexes, he leaps into the air and hovers gently over the area where the noise came from.

*RROOOAAARRR!!!* A being with his kind of power rarely goes into a fight nervous, but this un-earthly sound sends chills down his spine. He bolts to street level in front of the alley where the moan was heard.

He can hardly see what appears to be a scuffle in the heart of the alley. No light? He can fix that.

With a flick of his wrist, electric snakes bounce off the walls and crackle in the moist, humid air and for a moment, Statik sees something he can hardly believe:

A large human-looking beast is dangling a homeless man from his ankle. Before the light dies away, the creature starts to turn to the opening in the alley and Statik thinks he sees two heads atop the beast.

Statik wastes zero time and clenches his forearms. Bright light eminates between the buildings and sparks fizzle off his radiant skin. The beast has since dropped the man who is struggling to crawl to freedom. With two heads and four pairs of eyes glaring at Statik, the creature roars again with both jaws wide open. He takes no chances:

Thrusting his arms forward, two streams of electric bolts streak through the air and plummet into the beasts massive torso. Rubble is cleared to the sides as the mass of tazed flesh flies backwards to the other end of the alley. Statik curses, "Maybe that was a bit too strong,"

Car horns and bystanders' screams are heard from the other end of the alley and by the time Statik flashes to the opening, the creature is nowhere to be seen.

"Lost him," Statik curses, again.

It's one of two things:

1. An elaborate metaphor for the plot.

2. Just some random side project that Hud's friends can add to, making his page seem more "real"

My guess is the latter.

The picture with the 3 characters in it. That Hudd named Vang, Gustav Grosto, and Spiggot. Is mine. i drew it. Im Gene. I can assure you, my characters have nothing to do with Cloverfield.

Just something he added.
