Email from Alecia Church

I got this today:
Quote:

I don't know who you are or why you're emailing me, but if it was this
easy for you to find me think of how easy it will be to find you. For
the
safety of you and your family I suggest you forget who I am or how you
found me. If you contact me again I will use my full resources against
you and yours.

Alecia Church

and sent it on to Marcus and Steve. I think i will send it to Thad as well.

Email response from Marcus about church email

Quote:
Rose,

I think you got a shot off the bow of your boat on that letter. I
think youwere lucky. She has said many worse things to us. That site is
designated to one thing. Taking us down. All the gloves are off. And we called theDepartment of Defense. They told us this is an internal matter and they will handle it as such. I feel like she has something on them to get that kind of response.

I talked to Stephen Lake. He admitted to giving you all a puzzle and I
swiftly told him that any legal services from here out will be free, or
wego public with the client confidentiality breach. He is good, and he
said that his intentions were noble. He feels that Omniscient Eyes only
weak spot is the fact they MUST remain confidential and have NO media
attention.
So he was creating a chink for the armor. What he didn't expect was
all you guys going to her with emails.

So, if you need help I can put a rent-a-cop at your door. But you
really should ask for legal advice, and I can't help you there. I know
someone who can though.

Hello, I also emailed Ms. Church on my home email account...not a very brilliant email but I was tired (sue me):

Quote:
Hello,
I have heard a rumour that your company is trying to acquire TOBI. What company do you represent? I work for Ideltech and the idea of a hostile takeover makes me quite nervous. What would you plan on doing with TOBI? Does your company havea website?

Thank you,

Mr. D. Joyce

This is the response I got this morning:

Quote:
Mr. Joyce,

I think you should be more nervous about what happens to your family. I
would hate to think of something bad happening to them. I think you can
agree emailing me may have been a mistake on your part. I'm sure it wont
happen again. I would hate to have to send some of my associates all the
way to Victoria Canada to enforce what I'm trying to convey here.

Alecia Church

After I changed my underpants, I realized that perhaps I shouldn't be messing with this chick...if anyone is brave enough, go ahead. But not I, especially after the reaction we got from Mr. Lake last night.

D-

Er, sending her ANY Email would be a bad idea at this point, as demonstrated in this thread, and others.

Better we should find a way into her website. Marcus said not to, but he still dropped a couple of hints as to how to do so, as demonstrated here and here.

It depends on the approach you take.
If I'm not wrong, everyone that mailed Ms. Church till now (at least, those who posted here) identified themselves as Ideltech employees. I think THAT was the problem, so I wanted to try another thing Wink

Umm... please tell me you sent it about the same time as rose and saucey did, and not recently? Shocked

Omniscient Eyes is an organization that doesn't want public knowledge about them. Any EMail to her, whether mentioning Ideltech, TOBI, et al. or not, even recognizing her identity is going to raise a red flag to them. As I said, bad idea.

YIM Steve Lake 5/13

Here is a YIM from S lake FYI : again I don't know if it advances the plot so let me know if I should post this stuff or not. I know there is a lot of character interaction that is not posted. But this goes to the idea of dealing with Ms. Church and who sent us the puzzle and why.

Just to clarify: I did not identify myself as an Ideltech employee, (cause I' m not anyway), I used only publicly available information, I had, but didn't use a cover story about an inside source with the Dept. of Defense and I got threatened. I think the problem was making her realize that people were onto her and her actions and her website.
