Re: The Fool

I believe that's a nail in the coffin Smile no hysteria or anything!

I am glad the puppetmasters have no issue with debunking fakes!

He is persistant, I'll give em that. Just got this from our Fool:

None to the wiser, yet capable of many great actions by inherent awareness of the Divine Consciousness. This is of the principles of my own nature and yet by far transcending the limits of human wisdom I became aware. The cool magnetic lunar current is moving through many of us now. This is why the Fool walks towards the rabbit hole in search of the silver ladder. Communication was lost when the cards were shuffled mate.

The twos told me you are not part of the deck.

What is the deal? Posing as a card will win you no favor.

Edit: as a side note. the guy knows what he is talking about as far as the tarot goes, as what he says here is very much what the card represents.

Stop feeding his ego, ignore him. Game jackers thrive on the interaction and misplaced attention.

Edit: as a side note. the guy knows what he is talking about as far as the tarot goes, as what he says here is very much what the card represents.

Edit: ya, but that takes about 10 minutes of research to find information on any card of the tarot, if you don't know it already.

Body: sometimes it's so beautiful. it lets us stop and take a breath. it lets us step back and look at it all and see how amazing and interconnected it all really is. but, best to not sit still too long, for rust will consume and moths will destroy. do we want to leave relics behind for those who come after us, or do we want to be come the relics? do we want to be like the faces in the mountains, like the faces of those frozen still? do we want to be turned to salt? do we want to become like stone? perhaps it would still allow us to serve our purpose, providing that someone comes along afterward and carves us into something beautiful. but why count on that? let's make something beautiful ourselves.

love is all around.

Body: Unconditional love is a concept that means showing love towards someone regardless of his or her actions or beliefs. It is a concept comparable to true love, a term which is more frequently used to describe love between lovers. By contrast unconditional love is frequently used to describe love between family members, comrades in arms and between others in highly committed relationships. It has also been used in a religious context to describe God's love for mankind.

Some secular authors make a distinction between unconditional love and conditional love. In conditional love: love is 'earned' on the basis of conscious or unconscious conditions being met by the lover, whereas in unconditional love, love is 'given freely' to the loved one 'no matter what'. Conditional love requires some kind of finite exchange whereas unconditional love is seen as infinite and measureless. Unconditional love should not be mistaken with unconditional dedication: unconditional dedication refers to an act of the will irrespective of feelings (e.g a person may consider they have a duty to stay with a person); unconditional love is an act of the feelings irrespective of will.

Harold W. Becker, author and founder of The Love Foundation, Inc., defines Unconditional Love as "an unlimited way of being." From his book of the same title, Becker goes on to say that "the greatest power known to man is that of unconditional love. Through the ages, mystics, sages, singers and poets all expressed the ballad and call to love. As humans, we searched endlessly for the experience of love through the outer senses. Great civilizations have come and gone under the guise of love for their people. Religions have flourished and perished while claiming the true path to love. We, the people of this planet, may have missed the simplicity of unconditional love. ...Simply stated, unconditional love is an unlimited way of being. We are without any limit to our thoughts and feelings in life and can create any reality we choose to focus our attention upon. The qualities of love are endless and the expressions are infinite. The power of unconditional love is within each of us.

Passengers,

Please take this entire weekend off from anything related to Silverladder. We are very honored by the amount of time, thought, and effort you have put into what you are doing. It means a lot to us and it has not gone unnoticed.

It is for this very reason that we want you to take time away from all of this, from every area of it. Please spend Saturday and Sunday with those you love, those you care about, those you admire, and those you miss. Please spend this time away from the insanity of all of this.

We assure you, you will not miss anything. This is not a ploy to fool you. This is not a distraction. This is time to breathe. This is time to read a book. This is time to rediscover that amazing album that changed your life, which you haven't listened to in far too long. This is time to have a conversation with someone right next to you. This is time to call someone you haven't talked to in years. This is time to do nothing, and enjoy every moment of it.

We will not be making phone calls. We will not be answering emails. We will not be checking messages. We will not be present. The site will stay up, and the profiles will remain as they are, but we will be absent. We will remain silent until Monday. We look forward to coming back together then.

This road is long. We haven't even left the starting line. We want you here for the whole journey. Slow and steady, right? You'll have time to sprint after the rabbit soon enough.

To borrow a phrase from our beloved Two of Clubs,
Much Respect.

Do you the SL-team should have a Myspace page? If so, I volunteer do run one. I think it might be a good idea to help recruit people. We can say on it that we are a core group of passengers waiting for the rabbit hole etc., to make it clear we are not IG. THen we can invite people like crazy and hopefully recrit new people. What do you think?

I think it'd be a good idea, except make it IG. MySpace is a TINAG environment, so The Core is just the group "climbing the ladder with The Deck" if you will.
