Halloween is coming soon--perhaps whatever event that occurs then...? He is quite vague when he wants to be.

Or maybe it's the "self-fulfilling prophecy" as well; tells you something is going to happen and your inquiring and discussing it might cause that something to happen (not that it's a bad thing, mind you). And when he says "events that are going to happen," I'm guessing he means for us here in the present, so maybe present-day folk might know a bit of what's going on?

Yes, he might be referring to Reclamation which I first mentioned in the Union Manifesto as occuring on Halloween and have also been indicating further as happening on October 30th as well (which is traditionally known as Devils Night and Mischief Night and such) sooo... That could be it.

I actually think it is pretty interesting that I planned an action for October 30th through the 31st, but intentionally left it vague so the PMs will do what they want with it. Devils Night is traditionally a night of arson and fires and such, and as we get closer we are seeing these "fire proof rooftop" advertisements from Wright Industry and so on. So I have my own OOG predictions about all of that.
