I'll sway towards an IG clue for now, maybe a negligee or teddy bear as the gift for her
w/ another clue towards the last viral site for us somewhere in vid 3 when she broadcasts it.

I can't see how (or why) they would mingle an outright freebie for us (teaser, trailer, etc.) out of that little box in her vid.
That type of ARG writing seems drier than a popcorn fart.
Whoevers been writin' so far is slicker than greased owl shit and if they did that they'd graduate to an intellect rivaled only by garden tools.

Seems a good chance they'll give us the subsidiary viral sites one at a time w/ the last one up and runnin' on the 6th, 7th, or 8th of December.
This way we would find it on (or around) the 9th.

It's either that or possum fur nipple warmers - period...it starts gettin' chilly in NY come December.

If the present is for us, and it is, in some way, shape, or form, another trailer, I will be upset. Getting a trailer a little more than a month before the actual film is irritating, in my opinion. I really don't know what I will be.

Honestly, as far as the monster goes (though the 'present' may be a toy of the monster), I think we will have to wait till the film to see it. But in terms of trailer and title, we'll see.

I just want something BIG. RIGHT NOW. I am a patient man, but sometimes, viral = insane. *takes deep breath*

I'm rooting for the present to be, in one form or fashion, the title.

I think it's definitely a gift for her, not "us". It will not be a theatrical trailer, Dec 9 is a Sunday new releases come out on Friday.

However, a new trailer could be shown Sunday night, December 9 on TELEVISION. That would make a lot of sense as Sunday night TV is either the largest or second largest viewing night of the week and I notice movie trailers seem to be advertised on TV about a month or so before they are released. Only problem is most TV shows in December are in reruns, but if it's a trailer, it's going to be on TV, not movie or internet.

However, my best guess is the gift is something like concert tickets or a ticket to a sporting event. The box is light, she spins it throws it around so it doesn't appear to be anything fragile. Anyone know who her favorite band or sports team is (I don't do My Space)? Maybe checking Ticketmaster would yield some info on who is playing in the NYC area that weekend.

seeing as i missed the poll. I think the contents of the box is a note.... the note will contain a message which will freak jamie out. She will find out that Teddy is not in fact teddy but a stalker with a voice changing device who is intent on making her life hell for giving him a STD or something.

either that or..... the present is nothing more then another teddy, a small one and something totally not worth the anticipation and waiting.
