Wooo... How come I've just noticed the cipher text in the contact page of americandistro.com? Has it just been added? Anyway, check it out Contact page.

Reads: synt ba onypbal ng guerr uhaqerq

Using the rot-it script. rotation 13 comes out as:
flag on balcony at three hundred

This seems too well formed to be a coincidence. (I don't think it is a false positive). Any ideas what it could mean?

About the ZIP

I have never heard of ARG before tonight, but I'm totally enthralled already, being a natural born puzzle-solver!
I can address 3 points here, not sure if they are any help but here goes:

1. The pic where the street address was unhidden states "560 2nd AVE" or possibly 56Q?
I can tell you that the ZIP on the envelope is a valid zip for San Fran, but NOT for 2nd AVE in San Fran. Per the USPS website, there are 2 valid zip codes for any address on this street, 94118 & 94122.

2. Previous post believes the cypher may be "flag on balcony at three hundred". If the 300 refers to a street address, that is an apt bldg on 2nd AVE. Source again is the USPS website- states the range (apt range I guess?) is 1-6

3. About the aforementioned hotline.. 415-659-8348 ... this exchange (415-659) is owned by Level3, so it is probably resold to a VOIP provider like Vonage or some such (somebody mentioned privatephone earlier?). The interesting thing is, this exchange is homed out of the ZIP 94107. I have a hard time thinking that's coincidence.

New Video

New video up, this one has some information. So far (I've only been watching it for a couple of minutes) there are these numbers.

I'm sure that there is more as he mentions something about "I'm sure that the answer to what happened to Hope lies within these frames" (talking about the video).

Will update when I have more.

Edit 1 of ?: The phrase "It's so dark where I am" flash quickly at 1:36. There are also some really cool noises, which I will record and upload within the hour if no one beats me to it.

Edit 2: The numbers "-119.00833" without quotes and possibly a location flash at 1:46.

Edit 3: 2:01 - the words "BOTCH.MOM" appear.

EDIT 4: 2:10 - the following letters come up.

I take it as a map poistion then same as you. However i took the clue before as well.

and search on the latidue with that number and there are 5 Dams on that latidue. "Five Stages" "Still water of a Dark Lake"

Sorry for the jumbled up reply but thats how my brain works. Anyone agree with this?

People on stage6 have commented that botch.mom is an anagram of
htmob.com

soooo i searched htmob in google and it brought me to the youtube site for head trauma. i dont know if this has been said already but there are five stages of "head trauma" as someone mentioned before.
