Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Anglo
saxon
koine
?
EDIT: actually, I'm pretty sure it switches languages twice in the text, so we have to figure out the other two...

I haven't given it a shot yet. Off hand, though, it sounded a lot like ancient Germanic--well, looked like it. I'll take another look, of course, when I'm not busy.
But the slot answers have been sickeningly specific in the past, so we might be in the ballpark already, though... isn't it spelled "Icelandic?"

Probably, I don't know if I spelled it that way or not.

100 credits down the drain! Hi, me being all de-lurky, I thought I'd be semi-brave and try to solve it. I'm down 100 credits for my trouble, hee! For sure this answer DOES NOT WORK:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
English
circa
1000
However, maybe we still need to be more specific about the time the language comes from?

Oh well I thought i was on a role with this one
Now it is not to say one or more of those is not part of the of the answer.
I also find it interesting the you get more green karma every time you get it wrong.
Could what he says when you get it wrong be more of a clue. What was it pray and meditate some more blah blah blah?
By the way it has dropped to one text field for the answer.

What happened? Hmm- it's strange, didn't there used to three slots instead of just the one? Is the "real answer" still a three word/phrase one, or do can we just type in a single phrase or word?

For some reason i can't reach any of the Blue District tasks except the first one. Can anyone post a link for it to see if I can get around DC????
I had messaged DC bugs and they said it was working fine.

Fęder ure answer the correct answer The answer that I used was Old English, both words capitalised, and it went through. You only get 1 prestige for it though.
