I do apologise if the following is wrong, haven't looked at this module yet, but I believe that the employee in question has the right to access:

all written personnel policies and procedures;
employee handbook, if any;
affirmative action plan (if organization is a federal contractor);
applicant recruiting and hiring process;
employment eligibility verification (I-9) records;
compliance postings;
exempt/non-exempt employee classifications;
use of contingent workers;
compensation plans;
employee benefit plans;
employee records and files;
record retention policies;
safety rules and programs;
OSHA 300 and 301 logs;
liability insurance policies;
new employee orientation program;
employee training programs; and
supervisory/managerial training programs.
