I really dig the mutual appreciation society you guys have going here.

Just kidding. You guys have all been helpful, at least to me, in many aspects of the process. This is my first ARG, and hopefully not my last, and I can see the amount of patience and commitment it would take to see one of these through. I can get a little overzealous sometimes, sort of the " new guy helps the team win " sort of thing for me. Plus the fact that I cannot stand the thought of some IT goof sitting at the office giggling to himself about how smart he is. I want to come out of left field and nail this sucker. (the game, not the IT guy)

So, good luck to everyone, and if you see me making an ass-clown out of myself, step up and tell me.

And is there any way possible one of you guys could airdrop some chips and burritos out over the Indian Ocean, bout 2 hrs off of Australia would be cool. Thanks!!

Back when I found about ARGs (Sadly, I found them searching for LonelyGirl15. If you think this game had a bad gamejackers case, you don't know about Cassie ) I was informed very early that the best part of an ARG is the sense of comunity. And it has been like that in every game I've followed.

Sure, a lot of that is arguing, but it's all to get the big reward at the end. And after the PMs chat (altought I doubt we'll be having one here), you're left with nothing but good memories and a lot of cool aquitances. If you're lucky, even some good friends.

There's no I in team, but there is in Cloverfield... and unficiton... in fact there's two. Either way this is a team, an awesome team. We fight, we argue, we hate comments each other have said but then you look in another thread and the same people who were arguing are best friends. It's a pretty special thing we got goin here. I'd take a digital bullet for you guys anyday.

I agree about the teamwork on this board. But what is going to happen when this supposed "contest" begins, and we're all (presumably) pitted against one another for some prize? Hopefully it won't hinder the clue-sharing and congeniality here.

i don't believe it will, we all have a mutual respect for one another, if it does end up being one of us who wins this prize, yeah we'll be disappointed we didn't get it, but if it did mean that, i would try to help The Doc or Dalphx or anyone else I talk to regularly to win the prize, if indeed there is one. No point in fighting over it. The movie will come out either way.
