 		What about the experiment numbers? I have tried to decipher them both separately and all together. He said on his latest MS blog that "the entrance are the..." so is it possibly something combined from the main page? Grr, this is driving me nuts; I really need to be writing a paper but I can't get past this!

Actually, keyboard ciphers are my specialty. The first puzzle I ever solved on ARG's involved just that and I've used them frequently.
