Those numbers are prolly octal they aren't hex.

In that JPG it isn't like a clock since a clock goes 12, 3, 6, 9

This goes 12, 3, 4, 9

Updating on the fly.

The video is a boring talk of nothingness...just existance of a biolabs...

 		Also on the "clock" image, there are 2 little stars that seem out of place at about the 53/54 mark. Not sure if it means anything, just an observation. (I was thinking seconds, if looking at a possible time.)
