I know the person "flipping the switch" to open the Rabbit Hole on 11/11 is here in Arizona, but it's not 2C himself.

There's 45 cards we haven't met yet, so it's likely there'll be one in Cali.

The question is... will they be willing to meet you?

I'm sure I'll know it's him immediately, and besides -- my myspace picture IS me. I'm sure he can find me.

Hell Ya, im so happy for you. Ask him who did the poisoned rain photo montage, also get him to talk about group dynamics, he definitly has a lot of good advice on the subject. Have a blast and fill us in when you return

I was standing in our agreed meeting spot. A man matching the description he'd given to us walked (very quickly) past me; we made eye contact. I thought to myself 'nah, couldn't be him. He would've said something.' He turns around, and walks back up to me.

"Are you Erin?"

I nodded, and said yes.

He shoved a Starbucks gift card into my hand. "I am silenced. This is for you. It has $20 on it."

I barely managed to choke out a "thank you" before he started speed-walking for the door. I said "Wait!" He turned quickly, and I shoved two papers into his hands. "These are for you." He nodded, and walked very quickly out the front door of the meeting place.

I very, very nearly followed him but then I remembered the rules, and instead walked two complete laps around the place, effectively burning my three minutes. I went out, got on the bus, and came back home.

As I was about half a block from my house, my phone rang - unknown number. I answer it, and it's 2C. He apologized profusely, saying he was only that rushed because he wasn't supposed to be there, not because he was being rude. He asked me not to take it personally, and said that we would meet (I'm assuming all the Arizona people - myself, Scare, Waitress, and possibly that one other AZ person I've never really talked to) and sit down and actually talk after the rabbit hole opens, and he would answer our questions. He said he'd be back then (after the rabbit hole) and I said "I'll be waiting -- we'll be waiting." He said, "I hope so... I feel like I've really alienated a lot of you."

He sounded thoroughly depressed, and looked rather upset when I met him.

As much as I hate to double-post in my own thread... This is huge news.

I got into work this morning and put my sidekick in my desk drawer, like I usually do. I usually hear it vibrate if I get a text message or email, so this works well. I guess while I was up doing work things (scanning papers, faxing, whatever) I received not one, but two emails. The most recent was from the Two of Hearts... And ten minutes before that, I had received one from the ACE OF HEARTS. I nearly had a heart attack! Of course, to try to calm myself ("maybe it's a gamejack," I thought) I decided to open 2H's email first.

I think it's safe to say I FAILED that test, because I was mad with Jonah at first.
