Thanks to JustLurking for pointing out the apparent pattern to me.

You guys read the site Cr0ybot posted up on the patent?

It seems these MURA's can be used to take close up pictures. But in Medicine they are encountering problems. In the original pictures taken there are "markings" and "artifacts" that are like reverse or negatives of the original picture....

It says on the website about how to remove these artifacts (Something involving trigonometry). To take the G and -G and use them to create a picture...

I'm thinking our picture is just that...a near-field view that is one, not the whole picture, and two still in the "artifact" phase in the picture...

MEANING....there may be a solid picture WITHIN the picture we are seeing.

Red-Monday Red Mercury?

Ive read through most of the pages in this topic, havent seen this idea proposed yet. Could there be a connection between this A.Q person and the fabled existance of "Red Mercury"? Just a thought...

Could you elaborate on "Red Mercury?"

The likeliest use in terrorist activity would be getting accurate satellite images. It wouldn't make sense for such a group to take photos of Mars or something like that xD

who says it would have to be satellite images? Anybody with a device capable of interpreting MURA data can take such pictures. Think about it? Satellites range in size from the size of a basketball to the size of a bus normally. If a terrorist could construct such a device, than by simply using simple techniques similar to radar (The bouncing of radio waves off of an object), except using a wave type that is more radiation oriented like an x-ray or gamma ray, a terrorist could in theory take a picture from great distances without ever being know.

We have devices to jam or distort reading using radio waves, but because the technology isn't readily available, the idea of jamming or distorting an x-ray isn't thought as probable because no country has used them yet for reconnaissance uses.

Should a terrorist group gain access to technology like that, image WHAT they could do with it?

In my theory...not a whole lot, but it would allow them the ability to eliminate the risk fact of gathering information.

Red Mercury

Sure, Red Mercury was supposedly a substance that was of great importance to the creation of Nuclear bombs, and originally poped up in the 80's Initially the nickname of Red Mercury was given to this material because it supposedly came out of Russia. Afterwards, its properties stated to mutate in the minds of the media and thusly the minds of the public. Soon there were reports of it being sold for upwards of $100k on the black market, but samples siezed by police only revealed mercury based substances, sometimes with a red dye. From my understanding, no real fissionable material was ever recovered putting red mercury in one of two categories, either a hoax, or an analogy used to describe a substance comming out of the former Soviet Bloc.

In the international community, its pretty much been labelled as a uban myth /hoax.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red_mercury

See the link for more details.

I only suggested it because of the link between this A.Q character, the ellusive title "Red-Monday" and the potential terrorist link.

Pretty flimsy connection so even I am not putting too much stock into that theory right now, but I felt like sharing. So there you have it.

I've tried to find acronyms for "WHAH" (name of the symbol we presume is the one in the image). Other than a historical association...nothing. There's an interesting one for "WHA", though: Weapons Holding Area. Also, XW (it's written below the symbol too) stands for Experimental Warheads, which is even more interesting. I wouldn't count it as important, nonetheless, it's got to do with it and we shouldn't rule it out.

We might be working for them, but it seems weird for a theory on the image, since the symbol is supposed to have been extracted from a larger file, possibly a file taken from dangerous organizations or snagged from one of the prince's minions pc. I do have a thought on it: the symbol may have been used to warn the rest of the group of the WHA organisation (currently, JC, Saul and all of us). Doesn't seem likely, though....

Ok, im not great with the math so the MURA thing is a little above my head. Can anyone summarize what needs to be done to decode it?

I will guaranty you that the symbol in that image is NOT WHA, WHAH, or any derivative. When writing a symbol, one would never make the mistake of adding an extra line. So start looking some place else, Wha is not it.

I realise that. I don't think we've found our symbol just yet (it might even be invented for the game). Yet, it's supposed to be taken from a corrupted file, so we can't just ignore it.

Found some more info on AQ Khan (haven't seen it here): In 2005, he was suspected of building nuclear weapons for Egypt.
