Chuchlady is a new member at IU, OE has it's own section on IU.
(Marcus also asked us to check with Ursulla about the car bombing, so I editted that part out.)

But anybody can create an account from any email address on UI (I know because I've just done so) so I would assume it to be a very unsafe place to post anything sensitive in nature. I would assume the UI site is open to everyone's eyes until we get confirmation otherwise and even then I wouldn't be 100% confident. A spy in Ideltech could treat it as an in-game source of information IMHO. I'd rather we try and maintain a sense of trust and keep UF a neutral place to share stuff and trust people to treat it as out of game.
