I think it's definitely a dude. If it's a chick, it's either a female body builder or a really fat girl, because the person's arm is way too big for an average sized girl.

Looks like she knows the person is there, hence trying to hide him with the pillow. She must think he's too passed out to hear her making the video for Teddy. The body language tells me it's a guy (i.e. when he moves around in the bed, it's like he's reaching to put his arm on/around her). Also, when my girlfriends have spent the night, we don't sleep that close to each other. Especially in a bed with plenty of room (her bed looks like a queen).
