META: Question for Nash. Please clarify.

The suggestion was that I post this for your answer.

Here is the question: Suppose I recruit some Ideltech employees to work for Thad ... Or at least to talk to him. If they post their convos here at Unfiction, can that information be used to fire them at Ideltech?

If someone accidentally uses that and tells Marcus, what would he do?
I know we are all tired of this, but this exact question came up from a player I spoke too.
